AlstraCare Enterprise Membership

The AlstraCare (Alstra Enterprise Membership) subscription offers 3 tiers of service to ensure your website runs seamlessly and remains up-to-date. Tier 1 includes essential manual operations such as plugin and theme upgrades, page accessibility testing, data backups, security checks, and error fixing. Tier 2 – 3 builds on this foundation by including a monthly content update allowance, enabling you to raise tickets for our designers to make content changes to your website, such as updating a price table or menu, ensuring your site stays current with minimal effort on your part.

Each subscription is tied to a website, not a client account.
